Boys Discus Landon placed 4th throwing 116 feet. Jovany placed 5th throwing 113 feet his personal record. High jump & 200 Javon placed 5th jumping 5 feet 6 inches. He also placed 3rd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.8. 110 & 300 hurdles Devin placed 7th in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 18.79. And 8th in the 300 hurdles with a time of 45.67. Personal record in both events. 4x100 & 4x200 Javon, Kavion, A’Darion, and Elijah placed 3rd in the 4x100 with a time of 46.63 and placed 2nd in the 4x200 with a time of 1:36.98 personal record. 4x800 Wilber, Dilan, Wilber, and Angel placed 6th with a time of 9:15.64. Personal record. 800 Angel placed 6th in the 800 with a time of 2:11. Girls Long jump Jammila placed 3rd with a jump of 14 feet 5.5 inches. Her personal best 100 & 200 Maurianna placed 3rd in the 100 with a time of 13.79 and 8th in the 200 with a time of 29.05. 4x100 Maurianna, Nickya, Jammila, and Chastlyn placed 7th in the 4x100 with a time of 56.63 their personal record. Both teams did a great job today against bigger schools getting ready for their regional meet next Friday.
