Eau Claire Jr-Sr High School

Today the boys and girls ran at our home course this evening. It was a great one for our senior runners. But this was the last time they will run at their home track. So there might have been a few tears shed tonight. Our home course is a tough one, I don’t think there’s a point where an athlete isn’t going up or down a hill. Then add in the really hard and dry ground and this course puts up a battle for all runners. This showed today with the entire BCS conference. Ryan finished 2nd with a time of 18:51 Dilan finished 18th with a time of 23:03 Brody finished 22nd with a time of 23:45 Kevin finished 28th with a time of 26:19 Josiah finished 30th with a time of 33:43 Denisse finished 5th with a time of 27:23 Conference is decided by the top seven individuals who will finish all conference and the next seven will be honorable mention. Right now both Denisse and Ryan are contenders for all conference. This week we picked up two more girls so hopefully next week I’ll have more names to add to the list. ECXC GO BEAVERS 🦫
