Today the boys and Denisse ran a great race and everyone ran a personal record or season best. Even both coaches ran the open race and the kids got to coach us for once. Denisse ran great race today getting a PR with a time of 25:06. About 60 seconds fast then she has ever ran. Ryan ran a 17:51 his season best. He placed 32nd receiving a medal. Dilan ran his fastest time ever with a 20:01. Brody ran his season record with a time of 21:53. Kevin ran a 22:12 his PR cutting off 34 seconds. Jacob also ran a PR dropping his time by 16 seconds running a 22:45. Angel ran a season best running a 24:53. This tough kids get tomorrow off (Sunday) and are back at it Monday evening for the Conference Championship. Right now Ryan and Denisse are first team all conference and Dilan is 2nd team.
