The boys team did awesome today and almost everyone ran a personal record at their last meet today. With that being said I don’t think there was a dry eye at the end of the race. Ryan punch his ticket to the state meet next week. He placed 8th running at 17:53. Dilan finished 27th and ran a new personal record cutting about 30 seconds off his time. He new record is 19:33 Next up is Jacob he finished 49th cutting off a minute and 19 seconds from his time. Running a 21:11 his new personal record. Kevin finished 54th running a 21:56. Brody finished 58th place. Running his last cross county race ever. He did a great job and fought through tough shin splints all season. His time was 22:42. 64th place was Angel he ran a 24:21. Also his last cross county race dealing with knee pain. Josiah finished 70th. Cutting off one whole minute from his fastest time running at 28:13. Denise also ran her last race today as well. She put up one great final race but unfortunately she was the first one to miss qualifying for the state meet next week. She finished 21st and dropped 26 seconds from her fastest time. She received a new personal record of 24:24. Next weekend will be Ryan’s last race at Michigan international Speedway.
